Baybridge Park and Glencliff Parks

Reservations for the pavilions, at both our community parks are taken by the Community Development District (CDD) Field Office via email at cdd@westchasecdd.com. When inquiring about a park reservation, please include the date you wish to reserve, the name of the park, the pavilion number, and the time of your event.

Park reservations are available to Hillsborough County residents.

Rental Fees:

$150 without a vendor
$250 with a game vendor

Policy Update Regarding Inflatables:
We are no longer able to accommodate inflatable bounce houses or water slides at either of our parks. This includes both personal inflatables and those provided by vendors. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Vendor Requirements:
If you plan to use a vendor for games, Liability Insurance documentation is required. The vendor must list us as an additional insured on their policy.

All facilities including shelters, rooms and buildings, are offered for private use. No commercial activity is permitted. Examples of commercial use include, but are not limited to: Yoga, CPR, Tai Chi or other classes where participants pay to attend or where goods or services are offered for a fee.

There is no grilling allowed at any of our parks in Westchase, no amplified music of any kind or any alcoholic beverages. Please respect the counties no parking signs as they will ticket any illegal parking.

Baybridge Park 10029 Bridgeton Dr., Westchase Fl. 33626- it has 3 pavilion with electricity and water hook-up

Glencliff Park 12220 Glencliff Circle, Westchase Fl. 33626 – it has 2 pavilions with electricity and water hook-up as well as green space and basketball court.

Resident/Visitors are asked to inform all guests to park in ways that do not obstruct traffic, driveways, egress or access to homeowners mailboxes.
